Dear Linda,
Have your positions included her placing baby in the middle of the bed or on
the floor, and nursing from above on all fours? It seems wierd, but after the
soaking, massaging, etc., this was what worked once for me with recurrent
plugged ducts after trying to resolve one for a week. Good luck!
