Couple notes on the pills for weight loss - overall, maybe they could change
the taste of milk. Beige ones with 4 lactogenic-type herbs but can't believe
there'd be enough to make much difference in supply but who knows.

Green:
Herbal weight loss formulas often contain ephedrine ( ma huang), caffeine (
Yerba mate) and willow - the last to supply salicylic acid, similar enough to
aspirin to pass as it's herbal "equivalent" - ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin
were used in a much hyped wt. loss study supposedly showing a synergistic wt
loss effect from all three - the so-called thermogenic effect.

bladderwrack is Fucus vesiculosis, which from my days as a student of Fucus
ecology, I recall was found quite able to take up significant amounts of heavy
metals when growing in polluted seawaters.

Beige:
fumitory - Fumaria - laxative

Pfaffia Paniculata - suma or so-called Brazilian ginseng - Varro Tyler
describes as lacking in ethnobotanical history and lacking phytomedicinal
evidence of efficacy or safety as well.

If listed by order of amount present, then hawthorn ( for diarrhea) and
cascara (laxative) make for interesting combination. Several herbs here
somewhat diuretic by reputation ( e.g. cornsilk, parsley), and some tonics
(astragalus of note).

Tired from 630AM ambulance run that started the day out just a bit too fast -
sooner waken to a baby wishing to nurse, really...
