Has the mom already tried paying more attention to hind milk? Apparently
milk can range between 3% and 18% fat in a single feeding. Mom could pump
after feedings and feed that to baby. Some women find by feeding at one
breast per feeding they can maximize baby's consumption of hind milk.
Massage while pumping or nursing might help.
