Dear Michelle and Lactnet,
   I recently worked with a mom that had gastric bypass and milk supply
issues.  She also had a hx of PCOS and infertility.  She was pumping with a
Whittlestone (her choice).  She stated on Domperidone as well as fenugreek and goat's
rue.  I encouraged her to eat high protein/energy frequent meals.

    By one month the baby was not at birth weight AND she returned to
part-time work.  She supplemented some with expressed milk and formula.  She worked
up to 3-4 ounces.  Baby gained one pound in a week.

    Last time I spoke with her she was doing about half and half and happy
with this outcome.
