Lori - today we had a Mom come to the LLL meeting with her premie whose due
date was today. The NICU nurses were giving her the same sort of 'don't
spoil your baby' advice. They kept trying to persuade her to leave, and
seemed amazed that either she or her partner or a friend was there 24 hours
a day with the baby. "What on earth are you going to do when the baby gets
home?" said one. We are all still trying to figure out exactly what she
meant by this!
