I'd also be interested in seeing this research, as I didn't realize there was research to show this.

The message the (three) pregnant moms I have talked to seem to have gotten from reading articles about this study is that 5% weight loss is very serious and it's better to give formula early to "treat" this serious problem because if you don't you have to give more formula later to help the baby catch up.
