well, this is hard, but i'll take a stab at it. here are some basic phrases
i thought of. sorry i don't know spanish, other than leche!

1. Let the baby start breastfeeding right after he is born.
2. Keep your baby with you at all times, and cuddle him alot.
3. Do not put any rules or times on the baby's breastfeeding.
4. Let baby breastfeed as often and as long as he wants.
5. Baby should breastfeed with long slow sucks and be satisfied after.
6. Breastfeeding should not hurt the mother's breasts or nipples, but can
make the uterus cramp in the beginning.
7. The baby should be making soaking wet diapers and many poops by his 4th
day.
8. No bottles, nipples, or pacifiers should be used at first. Breastfeeding
100 percent will make the process work the best.
9. If you have any trouble getting breastfeeding going, ask for help right
away and start expressing your milk for your baby.
10. If you have any problems, like pain, an unhappy baby, or not many dirty
diapers, call this number right away xxx-xxxx.
