I also use reglan. Use has been limited to mothers of premies who initially
have enough milk and several weeks down the line have trouble maintaining
supply. Dose I recommend is 10mg. TID. i remind the mom not to necessarily
expect significant change for several days. (like 3-5)
I hadn't really thought about suggesting it for full term babes. learn
something new every day.
speaking of premies....(well, I was) does anyone have any new ideas on how to
help those premie moms I mentioned above regain their supply w/o reglan??
