Monica,

In my humble experience, and that of my homeopathic partner dry eyes are
definitely associated with Fibro Myalgia.  I see no correlation between
breastfeeding and dry eyes.
Perhaps the mom need to ask the docs for documentation of their correlation
and see what literature they have on the subject.
