Does anyone have experience with the contraceptive Mirena
(levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system) ?  A mom of  a 4 month old
just had this implanted and is having problems with her milk supply a few
days later.  I've checked levonorgestrel in Hale and other resources but
there seems to be no evidence that it affects lactation.  Would there be any
differences with this  uterine implant and Norplant which I believe is
usually implanted in the arm?
