I had a mom in my office yesterday, day 2 postpartum. We could not hand 
express even a drop, because the breasts were very full, but her baby 
took 1.9 oz! A little ice, a little RPS, and get that baby on. Who in 
her area can do pre and post weights and help her with latch? This is my 
"beef" with online/phone helping, often the mother would be much better 
served by seeing someone. Simple questions can be handled remotely, but 
problems usually need in person attention. Glad you referred her on. Is 
there an IBCLC near her?
