I finished my survey and am sending on the results.  What blew my mind was
that there were so many choices among just two formula companies and that
Enfamil makes "KinderCal", a formula for ages 1-10.  So ten year olds can
drink formula (at 4 cans for $7.00), but if a ten year old was still
breastfeeding--hmmm.
