I am new to the Lactnet so this is my first post. I had a mom call me who is 7 months pregnant and is leaking colostrum bilaterally and in addition to colostrum she has blood from the left breast. Her physicians want her not to breast feed and dry up to run further tests on the left side. She says they found nothing by ultrasound and did find papillary cells. To the best of my knowledge she can still bf even with this condition because it is benign. Any input would be helpful as she is heartbroken at the thought of not bf her first child.
