I don't know how detailed you want to get, but Medela's Rental Roundup,
Vol.11, number 2, spring '94 had an article about their Sanvita program
(supporting bf in the work place) that had a great chart with references
about children's illnesses in the first year, comparisons to formula
feeding, and the medical costs involved as well as the costs in time off
work for a parent to care for the sick child.  I hand it out to the
parents who take my breastfeeding classes.
