Notice that at the top of the article about the study in JAMA it said:

EMBARGOED FOR RELEASE:  3 p.m. (CT) Tuesday, April 3, 2001

That means that whoever sees it, including LLLI, is NOT supposed to release
it to any news outlet before April 3rd.  That would include posting it to
LactNet.  It does our credibility as a professional email list no good at
all to have things appearing on LactNet before they are supposed to be
released, regardless of what they say.
