Er, I think the point is to come up with a snappy title, not an exact 
and detailed description.  If you want to be pedantic about it, the 
women probably aren't wearing combat boots a lot of the times they feed 
and/or pump, either.  ;-)

As for the content of the lecture... well, 'breastfeeding' is easier to 
say and strikes me as a perfectly reasonable abbreviation of 'breastmilk 
feeding', not to mention that breastfeeding probably *is* what many of 
the women will be doing for at least some of the time.  Unless there's a 
specific reason to clarify in a particular situation that feeding of 
pumped milk is what is meant, I don't see any particular requirement to 
use the full term each and every time.
