If you need the flu vaccine because you work in health care, you can use flu 
mist (no thimeresol).  Flu vaccine without thimeresol is also available. We 
are also talking about a very minute dose in regular vaccine.
And please - no discussions on pros and cons of vaccines for flu or in 
general :-)  Pat in SNJ
