It is *amazing* how every little bit of new breastfeeding knowledge
results in someone twisting that information to stop women from
breastfeeding. So Fisher and Woolridge's article on colic and
relative lactose intolerance is interpreted as meaning stop
breastfeeding and give lactose free formula, instead of fixing the
breastfeeding, or counselling the mother and helping her get past the
difficult time. Or the fact that breastmilk contains antibodies will
prevent the baby from developing his own immunity. Or the baby might
get thrush...
AAARGH!!!
