In the current breastfeeding literature, there is no evidence that nursing
with silicone breast implants could be harmful to the baby.  Why is it that
women with silicone implants cannot donate milk to milk banks in North
America? (Riordan & Auerbach, p. 787 "Reasons for excluding a donor")  Just
curious to know.
