Yes, this has been a huge concern of mine for years. This week, I attended a breastfeeding task force (actually it had no name) meeting and a local neontologist (pro-bf) touted improved rates of breastmilkfeeding in her NICU. She said that many more babies "are now provided with their mothers' milk". The problem is that this really is viewed as good enough by a majority of HCP's.
