Thank you for putting it this way. I think it helps give perspective  to the 
special circumstances of some babies who in another time and/or place  would 
not be able to be here, and how this plays out in our expectations of  them, 
and their needs and capabilities. The danger is always that what is needed  for 
one baby becomes standard for all, or continued past the need. Thanks for  the 
clarifications.
