Robyn Dettmar asked for information about the Anita Baker video. The title
is, "Giving You the Best That I Got, Baby." It was produced for the
Maryland WIC program. It is 14 minutes long. Available from Johns Hopkins
School of Public Health, Center for Communications Programs, 111 Market
Place, Suite 310, Baltimore, MD 21202 (410)659-6300. My information is 1
and 1/2 years old.
(I hope giving this kind of information is not overstepping the bounds for
LACTNET, but we do give references for articles and books and where to find
them, so I thought videos would be similar.)

Laurie Wheeler asked for toddler code names for nursing. We sometimes used
"nap," as in "Wanna nap!" Strangers would say, "Oh, isn't that cute, he
knows when he's tired and needs to go to bed." We could then retire for a
little private nursing session, if necessary. If at home among family, no
problem, just sit down and nurse right there.
