Susan, I still had this in my Lactnet folder.  It's one of three
emails that Nancy Wight sent to the list that day, each one
containing letters to/from the major players in the retooling of the
Ad Campaign.

You asked for a letter that was sent by a "formula industry
representative".  This one was sent by Dr. Carden Johnston,
then-president of the AAP, and not technically a formula co. rep.  We
can all judge the contents of the letter for ourselves.

Hope this is what you were looking for.  If it's not, at least it
points you to a date to pull up in the archives.  There were lots of
posts about the Ad Campaign around this time.
