Hello,
My hospital is going baby friendly. For those of your who have gone through this process are there any resources or tips that you would recommended? I am a new LC and I have a ton of minds to change about the importance of breastfeeding and the baby-friendly initiative.
Also we currently do not use a latch assessment tool on our unit. What are your experiences with them? Are there ones in particular that you love or hate?

Thank you Ladies
