Is there any place/way to be alerted to new breastfeeding/breastmilk related research, as is published in any journal?

I use the "Google News Alerts" feature to automatically receive news stories that feature breastfeeding or breast milk. But if research is not picked up by the media, I don't hear about it.

I ask, because although I'm not a IBCLC or counsel moms, I run a list for Canadian breastfeeding advocates and health professionals, that distributes breastfeeding items to over 400 subscribers.

After yesterday's story about anti-oxidants, I am tired of perhaps "playing into the PR machine" for these people, by forwarding only those studies that someone has made special effort to publicize, while other studies, perhaps better designed and more useful may be ignored.

I see that LLLI has a "Journal Abstract of the Month" http://www.lalecheleague.org/cbi/journal.html, but that is only one abstract - I imagine there is more research than that each month?

I also imagine I'm not the only one struggling with this challenge.
