I think breastfed babies have green stools for a variety of reasons, most of
them not problematic at all, and I wouldn't consider that an indication of
diarrhea. I have noticed that if the poop sits in the diaper for awhile, it
often turns green.

To identify diarrhea, I tend to look at the consistency. If they are really
watery, more like yellow-coloured or yellow-streaked water, then that would
be diarrhea.
