I am sure Iona McNab will have something to say on this but
The recommendation for eating Sushi while breastfeeding is the very same as
eating it (or any other fresh food) any other time.  Make sure it is fresh
or it will make you sick.  Don't eat 'top of the food chain' fish more than
once or twice a week - because they can contain Mercury.  These include
Tuna, shark (often called Hoki), Perch and Swordfish here but not Salmon
which is largely a vegetarian fish.  I think deep sea Cod is another
carnivore which can accumulate mercury.
