It's a year, not a month--even worse than you mentioned! According to
the article: "Drug maker Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. sends baby formula
to an employee's home for a newborn's first year."

The original article is being published in Working Mother magazine's
October issue, and the list of companies is on their Web site
(http://www.workingmother.com/oct_2001/100_best.shtml). Seems as
though it might be worth sending Working Mother some information on
why free formula isn't a great standard for judging "best companies
for working mothers."
