I want to add to the thread about crying. Just last year I was managing my own
crying baby. She was particularly inconsolable in the evenings and didn't want
to nurse. We wore her in a wrap and it worked like magic. Sometimes I wore her,
but often my husband wore her during these evening sessions. It turned into a
great experience for all of us. Even now, when she's fussy, it seems she just
needs to be warm and close, and feel secure. I recommend baby-wearing to all
moms. The closer to skin, the better.
