Hi,
I also had read that contact lens may become uncomfortable, etc. during
pregnancy and lactation. However, I wore the same set of contacts during
3 pregnancies and periods of lactation that spanned 10 years.  My
precription and comfort level with the contacts never changed at all. So
it isn't necessarily true for all.
