I have a 173 page, colorful presentation for breastfeeding classes, that is
now in power point that shows asymentrical latch, latch on, nipple
placement in the mouth, sore nipples, positioning with dozens of color
illustrations, etc. I did all the graphic art illustrations. They are
multicultural, including pictures of fathers, peer counselor and lactation
consultant. If someone needs a specific pose, I would be able to create
that in graphic art.

I agree with the posts about asymentrical latch. It works. I also agree the
babies head to have a slight extension as Ann mentioned. The head needs to
be at a right angle as ours is when we eat. This is demonstrated too in the
presentation.   Correct positioning of mom and baby are vital, but a
difficult concept for parents to grasp since they don't see many nursing
couplets, nor newborns for that matter!!!!
