Thankfully, Susan.  Mom is adequately supplementing so weight gain is fine.  Intake is low -- I've done two pre/posts at different points in the day.  I would love the reference to Laurie Nommson-Rivers research.

Your suggestion of smaller more frequent supplementation is the system we have been using, but it just isn't sufficient.  I'm hopeful baby is going to get her frenulectomy this week.
