My institution is looking to start a corporate lactation program as part of the Business Case 
for Breastfeeding initiative.  I have done some research, but what I can not find is fee 
structures.  Are these services usually "fee-for-service"  plans or are they like a one sum 
"retainer-type" with additional billing for specific services?  
I am not looking for amounts just guidelines for fee structures.  I appreciate any info.
