This drug is not generally available in Norway.  It is not registered, and
can only be used by special application to the drug regulatory agency, and a
specific application must be submitted by the treating physician for each
patient a prescription is desired for.  A GP would have a hard time getting
such an application past the agency.
It seems to be recommended for treatment of migraine-related or migraine
treatment-related nausea in children, according to a much-used popular
medical advice website.  Not exactly run-of-the-mill.

About the sudden warning: look for a link between the manufacturer of
motilium and formula manufacturers.  Dry up (excuse the pun) the motilium
and formula will flow.  I would bet good money there is a strong connection.

Today in my morning paper there is a story about how pediatricians here want
to start using new 'slimming pills' (the article doesn't say what they mean
by that) on children as young as 5 years old.  Breastfeeding is not
mentioned.  :-(
