OK I've followed the thread on copyright but wonder how the law treats the
internet - specifically what I (and many others) have just done ie. cut and
pasted the Reuters abstract on Hep C and posted it on a publically accessed
bulletin board.
I usually avoid doing this - just give the web reference, but must admit it
is very convenient when others have sent the abstract as well as the web
address.
