Dear Friends:

I work at a Birth Center one day a month, when new mothers come in for a
"Lunch Bunch" to talk about breastfeeding. The number one problem that these 6-8
weeks postpartum women have is too much milk.

They are a self-selected group in the first place, having chosen a midwife
and a home or birth center birth. Well over 95% reach their goals and nearly
all breastfeed.

warmly,

Nikki Lee RN, MS, Mother of 2, IBCLC, CCE, CIMI
