After reading a post about certain herbs that dry up milk, I am wondering
if there is a list out there or if someone could let me know.  Also, are
these herbs used to only dry up milk, or could they be used to help a mom
with a over abundant milk supply.  Please CC me with any answers.  Thank
you for any help on this!
