The snippet below is from Midwifery Today E-zine, Volume 1, Issue 31, 30 July,

Speaking of breastfeeding and feminism [Issue No. 27], I was perusing an
issue of Sesame Street magazine and came across an advertisement for
artificial breastmilk, and the company was none other than Nestle. I find
this unacceptable in this magazine, which I expect to have children and
families' interests in mind, not those of corporations. I also find it
distressing that the program shows bottle feeding, but no breastfeeding.

As a fan of the programme since it started (I used to come home from Berkeley
High School to watch in the first year it was on tv, and remember going to a
park in Oakland, Ca to get signed autographs from Big Bird, Mr Hooper, Susan,
Gordon and Oscar), through my own children's watching days (yes, the UK imports
SS), I find this particuarly sad.
