Hello Lactnetters: I've been following the discussion for some time, and
this is my first post.  I have a mom who is already taking fenugreek (2
capsules3x/day),for a milk supply that is marginally adequate. Baby is
gaining barely 1oz/day, and she feeds almost constantly.  Not a suck
problem, I followed this mother with her first child, and saw the same
difficulties.  Now we are beginning to consider going to her PCP to
request a course of Metoclopramide, but I've never had a client use it
along with herbal galactogogues.  Any recommendations?  From Martha
