I saw a mom in the NICU who tried to hand express. (She had been using
the hospital size breast pump in the NICU).   Her let down occurred only
after she switched on the pump, which she did because the hand expression
wasn't working.  The "whoosh-whoosh" sound immediately triggered the
response....
