  1) the decision as the lump has been labeled as benign should be mom's no
the surgeon...

   2) can he/she show the research that bf causes more bleeding?

   3) remind mom she is consumer and is buying a product -
          reality- medical "advice" is a "product" that is purchased. She
does not like the "product" she is "free" to  go to another "shop"
