idoon't have my books in front of me. but kava is not really recommended for nursing mothers- causes possible lethargy in baby. Gaba i have no information on and will look further for. I have used SJW with mom s with good sucess and no poor side effects with mom or baby. however one mom swithced to paxil late into nursing 2 years. and did better on that.
