Several of you have over the past several weeks asked this question.  I
have answered privately. For the rest of you, to satisfy your curiosity,
you can find out about the anticipated FTEs per 1000 births in a hospital
in the 2nd edition of Riordan and Auerbach text (look in the Work
Strategies chapter).  Included there in addition to the discussion of this
issue is a table that includes an example that spells out the time it takes
to see mothers and so on.  We put this information in there to assist with
people who were trying to convince others of the time-intensive nature of
this work.
