Someone suggested pumping on low pressure and fast cycle speed.  Why
fast cycle speed?  How fast?  I have noticed that moms have more pain
when their babies are sucking fast and not getting milk than when they
are doing nutritive sucking.  I wouldn't think you would want a mom who
is engorged to pump on a speed faster than 60 cycles per minute.
