This sounds good to me -- except that rather than a rocker I'd go for a
loveseat or small couch, with cushions to tuck behind your back if you need
it.  This gives you a little more flexibility for 2 moms who both need to
nurse at the same time (especially likely at lunch hour breaks) -- or for a
mom who has an older toddler to nurse or read to or cuddle while the little
one is snacking.   Plus if nobody is bf at the moment the day care folks can
use it for all that stuff other times.
