 Patti's comment is so true, at least after the first couple of times of
biting.
I have also become convinced that, from an evolutionary perspective, the
reason babies' bottom teeth come in first is that the tongue comes between
teeth and breast and that helps Mom and baby get used to nursing with
teeth.
