Just a quickie before I head off to "the exam"...

I have a 10 year old cat who was indeed weaned too early and is a
"sucker". I believe he was about 5 weeks old at the time and was a
pathetic little thing at the pet store. I just couldn't leave him
there. He also sucked on everything, but his favorite is an earlobe.
To this day, at ten years old, he will suck on my husband's ear and
knead his paws frantically in his neck. Before I knew a single thing
about nursing, I knew this cat had been taken from his mama too soon.
We have had many jokes about the extended breastfeeding children *and*
the extended nursing cat.
