Because the docs in situation 1 & 2 make me see red, I won't comment.....

However, on mom is situation 3, I used to have a pt who was in the state 
police.  Followed her thru 3 babies.  Every am she fed baby on one side and 
pumped the other.  I remember her saying that it always made her feel good 
to start the day off with one bottle already.  Mom can set her alarm for a 
middle of night feed or pick baby up as she goes to bed for a feed.  I agree 
6-7 probably isn't enough feeds in one day for him to gain or her breasts to
