Karen,

It sure sounds like this mom has an oversupply, but that her baby has 
no trouble handling it.  I worked with a mom who had this issue in her 
family.  She sought help (switched sides q12hrs), but her sister the 
year before had not.  Sister just kept feeding the baby, since baby was 
happy.  That baby weighed 28 pounds at 12 weeks.  I saw photos, and 
they were just astonishing and grotesque!  And after all that, the baby 
plateaued and went on to s-t-r-e-t-c-h and wound up a nice slim 
preschooler.
