Barbara, I did not have the other notes you wrote handy re: this mother.
But..one thing strikes me...now.

This mother is showing symptoms of HYPOthyroidism..feeling
cold...tired...low energy..and LOW MILK supply.  There are many cases of
pregnancy induced hypothyroidism that go undiagnosed.  I would urge this
mother to get her T4 and TSH levels tested asap.

It is worth a try...Kathleen
